Stagestars drama & dance group
Dance for people with support needs or Dance & Exercise for everyone.
We hold Tai Chi session (to include armchair exercises) people in the community. Tai Chi is a sequence of very slow controlled movements. It combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movement.
Drop-in group for all community members. We provide opportunities for people to socialise, gain information, we invite speakers, arrange activities and share together with a meal (cooked on premises). We are based in Ashton-under-Lyne.
Our Yoga sessions include breath control, simple meditation and body stretches. Yoga is a session for all (easy Yoga exercises and relaxation).
