Wellbeing activities

We are mental health and wellbeing charity that works across Oldham and Tameside. We work with individual's from the age of 8, families and communities. We typically work with over 10,000 people per year and offer a range of activities and interventions from school assemblies awareness, population health promotion to counselling, family therapy and other talking therapies. Our vision, is to enable everyone in our communities to achieve better mental health.
