Health and Social Care Network

Through this network we can help provide a detailed picture of the health and care needs of the local population, ensure that our service users' interests are considered, and that our VCFSE member organisations' expertise and diverse experience fully informs commissioning and strategy.

The network aims to:

• Utilise the expertise and diverse experiences of the groups in Tameside to improve health and social care in the Tameside borough
• To share information and intelligence between organisations to identify issues and barriers that may affect communities experiencing health inequalities in Tameside and work together to find solutions
• To share information of projects, services provided and potential for development.
• Support representatives from communities experiencing health issues to be more involved and have a voice in Tameside and Greater Manchester
• Use this space to showcase or present any new projects and new work that is being undertaken
