We want to be a place of possibility. We want to be a place where people can come together, feel safe, well and happy. Where people can learn and grow and feel a sense of pride and ownership. The Together Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which welcomes the all of the community and works to reduce social isolation and promote activity and wellbeing. The Together Centre has a community café and is building a range of activities with particular attention to providing opportunity to people with disabilities as part of the whole community.
