The Cascade drop in is open to anybody and is a place to meet and enjoy different activities that are free to all. The session is run by volunteers in the church , Tuesday 1:00pm-4:00pm. Its a great friendly atmosphere and here are some of the activities.
Crafty Spooners is open to everybody who wants to come along to the group to have a chat and a coffee. Within the group people bring their own activity to complete and share with others. This can include knitting, drawing, crochet etc etc....
The group is a non taught session where each individual that attends can work on their own project. The group is open to all abilities and has a friendly and calming atmosphere. People attending help each other with art and also chat as a group. The group is over 60 only

Silver Cord is a free befriending service currently operating in Longdendale and Denton. Using trained and DBS checked volunteers from local churches, befrienders offer a weekly visit of one hour to those who live alone or as extra support for full-time carers.

Mums and Tots group with free activities and refreshments for accompanied pre-school children.
We meet a term time every Tuesday from 1.30pm to 3pm at the community room in at St Mary's Church in Hollingworth.
Sessions are free.
Morning drop in, providing free hot and cold drinks, toast etc. The drop in is open to parents and tots, retired people ad others in the community who would like to join in.
The drop in takes place during school term at the community room in the church starting at 8.30am to 10.30am.
Youth club providing free activities for high school pupils during term time. This is staffed entirely by volunteers, we also provide free snacks.
We meet every Tuesday afternoon during school term from 3.15pm to 3.15pm at the community room at St Mary's Church in Hollingworth.
Teacher lead line dancing for over 50s. Friendly and sociable group of mainly women. Dancing is for all abilities, from beginners to more experienced dancers, with additional support from teacher if needed.
This takes place every Monday at the Hub in Hattersley and is £2 per session.
Light exercise for women, teacher lead sessions. Friendly group, all ages welcome.
