A weekly club running adventure activities for the benefit of our local young people and their families.
Three different clubs where we connect with children, young people and families and offer a range of activities through which they can socialise and where we can offer support and guidance to them.
A parents and tots group for children up to age four. Toys, slides and games are available for the children to play with. The tots group is on during term time only and cost £1.50. There is also refreshments available.
Weekly light exercise using armchairs. This exercise is open for all ages, but because of it's gentle nature and low speed it is popular with over 70s. The class cost £2.50 per session and there are refreshments available after class.
Weekly game of bingo. You get to play six games of bingo for the price of £1.50. It's a nice social activity.
Light exercise with movement and music. Majority of people taking part are over age 60, but it is open for younger ages. The activity takes place weekly for the cost of £1.50 and there are refreshments available.
On the third Tuesday of every month, we have a coffee morning that is open for everyone in the community. You can buy teas, coffees, cakes and biscuits, there's also tea cake and toast available to buy.
A social drop in at Gee X Community Centre that takes place the first Tuesday of the month. We run different activities such as, quizzes, games, small arts and craft projects and visiting speakers. We can offer a quiet space for a one-to-one chat.
