The Healthy Cooking on a budget group explores a wide range of easy to prepare and cheap to purchase meals. This group is led by Living Well.
This volunteer run group meets every Wednesday between 10am and 12 midday and costs only £1.50 per head for an unlimited supply of cake and tea or coffee and a surplus of friendly conversation.
Run by MIND, this support group provides a meeting place for those suffering the effects of anxiety or depression. This group meets and enjoys lunch together every Tuesday 1pm-3pm
The Men’s Group are a friendly bunch who meets every Wednesday between 1.30pm and 3.30pm to socialise, enjoy trivia and quiz games and offer their encouragement and support to each other.

Middleton Central Foodbank is a Trussell Trust foodbank located in the Lighthouse Project. The foodbank supports local people experiencing food poverty or crisis. Access to the foodbank is via a voucher system with vouchers being provided by local community organisations (Referral agencies).
