We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy volunteer to assist with the smooth running of an online event for our endometriosis community. The role involves managing the virtual platform, supporting attendees, and coordinating Q&A interactions with the speakers.

Must be available on 16th December from 6:15 PM to 8:00 PM.

Log in to the event platform (Zoom/Teams) 15 minutes before the start time to ensure everything is set up and ready.
Admit attendees from the virtual waiting room.
Event Monitoring:
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere during the event.
Keep a log of attendee questions submitted through chat or raised virtually.
Q&A Coordination:
Organise and present attendee questions to the speakers during the allocated Q&A session.
Closing the Session:
Ensure the session ends smoothly and all attendees are informed of any follow-up resources or information - Training: What We Offer:
