The purpose of the Book Shelving Volunteer is to assist libraries staff in the shelving of new and returned book stock.

  • Volunteer: Weekly
  • Availability: Thursday AM
  • Tasks: The volunteer may do a selection of the following tasks:
    • Assist with shelving book stock.
    • Assist with sorting out book stock and finding books from lists
    • Assist with removing or repairing damaged book stock.
    • Assist with tidying shelves.
    • Assist libraries staff with book displays
