The purpose of this role is to offer -
12 weeks of 1-1 support to adults, over 18, within the Tameside area struggling with their mental health
You will use coaching and goal setting techniques to support the client to improve their wellbeing
(full training will be given)
Appointments can happen at different locations across Tameside
The preference of the volunteer will be taken into consideration
Travel expenses will be paid

- Tasks: To attend a weekly session with a client for 1hour for 12 weeks

To attend monthly supervision - Training: TOG Mind organisation training- Induction, e-learning modules
TOG Mind project specific training - Peer Support - Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
