Volunteer Delivery Driver in Various locations ( Rochdale , Heywood , Middleton , Whitworth , Todmorden , Littleborough )

- Collect donated items from donors' homes or designated drop-off points.
- Ensure proper handling and care of all donations during collection and transportation.
- Transport collected items to the charity shop in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with unloading and organising donations upon arrival at the shop.
- Deliver items between different charity shop locations as needed.
- Assist with moving large or heavy items safely.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean and in good working order.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or needs to the Shop Manager promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries.
- Communicate with the Shop Manager about any issues or discrepancies.
- Represent the charity in a positive and professional manner when interacting with donors and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions donors may have.
