  • Tasks: Befriending - either face-to-face or over the telephone
    Transport - helping people attend medical appointments
    Practical support - shopping, light cleaning tasks, gardening
  • Training: Induction session to go through the role. Ongoing training opportunities
  • Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
  • Interests: Community, Health and wellbeing, Men, Older people, Women
  • Activities: Befriending, DIY/odd jobs, Driving, Gardening, Lending a helping hand
