We are looking for one or more friendly, confident individuals to carry out receptionist duties at our activity centre for adult with learning disabilities and autism.
The role could be split between several individuals according to individual's availability.

- Availability: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM
- Tasks: The individual would be required to greet all visitors to the building, ensuring everybody signs in and is directed to appropriate place. They will need to develop a good understanding of the services on offer so that they can answer queries.
They will also be responsible to keeping the reception area clean, tidy and free of hazards.
This role would also include some management of our community fridge. For example, supporting people to access the fridge, recording waste, emptying and cleaning the fridge at the end of each day. - Training: GDPR training
