The role is to enhance and maintain the Bee Keeping area at Springfield Park.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:
DIY or Joinery experience to help make the bee hive boxes
Clean the hives with a blowtorch once a year
Maintenance of our little training area
I used to be a Joiner so Please come for a try if you fancy I can show you everything that needs to be done. All equipment provided by us.
Training:
All training will be provided after an initial assessment is carried out to identify training needs
Skill and Qualifications Required:
If you have Joinery or handyman skills these will be very useful , but more important is a willingness to take part and get involved
