Petrus Community are a homelessness charity providing support services to people with multiple and complex needs, experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, rough sleepers or those who are social isolated. Our aim is to end homelessness and create safe spaces where all people can flourish.
An integral part of our day services is to provide a variety of groups/ sessions that offer structured activities that incorporates health and wellbeing, arts, and crafts (art for wellbeing group), life skills and an opportunity to explore a range of opportunities that are available across Petrus and our local community.
We aim to provide a safe environment where individuals can take part in a range of creative activities, which will support improvement of self-esteem and confidence whilst experiencing meaningful activities that are beneficial to health and wellbeing.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the team at Petrus Hub to support the provision of this service.

- Availability: Monday AM, Monday PM, Tuesday AM, Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM, Wednesday PM, Thursday AM, Thursday PM, Friday AM, Friday PM
- Tasks: 2.1 Support with planning and delivery of creative arts and craft sessions for the art for wellbeing group, in line with the coproduced activity outlines.
Support with researching, planning and delivery of health and wellbeing awareness sessions.
Support volunteers and staff with setting up session activities with resources and materials and clearing up post activity. Ensuring area is ready for next activity / group. - Training: Treat you with dignity and respect.
Provide you with the necessary support to enable you to carry out your role.
Provide you with ongoing support through a variety of methods to suit you.
Ensure a safe working environment and provide you with health & safety guidance.
Where relevant provide you with appropriate personal protective equipment.
