We are looking for friendly, approachable volunteers with good listening and communication skills to join our team of volunteers for our face-to-face drop in service in Leigh. You'll need to be non-judgemental and respect views, values and cultures that are different to your own. You'll also need to be willing to learn about and follow the Citizens Advice aims, principles and policies, including confidentiality and data protection.

- Tasks: -You will complete an induction to Citizens Advice and training for your role.
-You will talk to clients face to face to explore what problems they've come for help with.
-You will find information about the clients' problems and help them to understand their options.
-You will write a summary of the clients' problems and what action you've taken. - Training: Full training is provided.
- Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
