FoodCycle Oldham - Cooking and Hosting Volunteers

4pm-8pm The cooking team is in charge of turning the surplus goods into amazing dishes. Everything from choosing, chopping, cooking (& sampling) are the main roles of the team, along with ensuring that we wash-up as we go. 5.45pm - 8pm We need a couple of volunteers to help set-up the cafe area and ensure everyone's got a proper cuppa! Your main responsibilities will be laying the table, chatting to guests and helping clear up afterwards. Once registered you can sign up to volunteer at sessions at any of our projects - there's no ongoing commitment, just sign up when it suits you. If you want to take on more of a leading role and can commit to attending at least once a month for a minimum of 9 months you might want to look at one of our project leader roles.
