'Peace and Unity: Our Manchester - Our Communities' is a free multi-faith/ community event which aims to bring people together to celebrate our cultural diversity. This is the third annual Peace and Unity event, held firstly in 2016 at Manchester Town Hall and then last year at Manchester Cathedral. This year the event will take place at Manchester Reform Synagogue, Jackson's Row. The programme will include guest speakers, musical performances, comedy, song, dance, activities for children, yoga and meditation. Refreshments will also be available, together with community information stands and the 'Peace and Unity Tree'. It promises to be an exciting afternoon of fun, food and fellowship promoting community cohesion in Greater Manchester. Come along and join in the fun!
