Delivered in partnership with Public Health, our Action Together Neighbourhood Networks are a space in each township, bringing together public sector, VCFSE sector and community leaders to connect, build relationships and take action on shared local challenges.
Throughout September 2023, we held an initial launch programme in Heywood, Pennines, Middleton, and Rochdale, welcoming attendees from across the Borough.
These spaces allow us to build relationships between people who care about, and are working on, prevention in a neighbourhood, so that we can influence local decisions and tackle issues together. These meetings are the first step towards having a stronger voice in influencing. The Networks will run four times a year to build local cross-sector relationships.
