The One Oldham Fund is a strategic single investment fund that uses pooled resources for the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in Oldham.
Through Action Together on behalf of Oldham Borough Council, Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) makes funding available annually to support projects across the Oldham Borough that promote awareness of hate crime and how to report it.
Hate crime awareness raising activities or events in Oldham during the Greater Manchester Hate Crime Awareness Week that can help become the catalyst for further conversations.
Applications should be for projects that have a focus on:
- Helping to change/challenge the behaviours, narratives and perceptions of hate crime; and
- Highlighting the support of third-party reporting centres and encouraging more victims to report hate crimes to either the Police or third-party reporting centres across the Borough.
