Aims/Priorities: This year has been a challenging period, and we are expecting to head into a challenging winter. To support the Greater Manchester Homelessness eco-system, we are pleased to launch a brand new grants programme. The Small Grants programme offers grants for up to £10,000, with a total of £50,000 available for awards.
This must fit within one of our key priority areas:
- Emergency Response: helping the frontline in addressing homelessness and supporting people currently experiencing homelessness.
- Places and Spaces: supporting the construction of new spaces and the temporary accommodation sector.
- Targeted Prevention: pioneering new ideas that seek to stop homelessness before it becomes a reality.
We particularly welcome applications submitted within either the Places & Spaces or Targeted Prevention strand, given our ongoing commitments to the A Bed Every Night scheme.
Who can apply?
As well as charities, we will also consider funding public bodies, CIOs, community groups, social enterprises, campaigning organisations and commercial companies whose work aligns to our priority areas and values.
Grant Amount: Up to £10,000
