GM Mental Wellbeing Grants

Aims/priorities: The communities this programme hopes to reach includes:

  • Carers
  • People from communities who have experienced racial inequality
  • People living with long term physical or mental health conditions
  • People who identify as LGBTQ+
  • People experiencing socioeconomic crisis
  • Disabled people
  • Military veterans
  • People who are unemployed
  • Socially isolated older people

In the previous years of the mental wellbeing grants, this funding has supported all of the above communities however we have found men have been underrepresented within the activities and support provided.  We are keen for organisations and community group who support and work with men to apply for this funding.

We are also able to provide funding for your organisation to support the mental wellbeing of staff and volunteers within eligible organisations.

Who can apply? Voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations in Greater Manchester.

Grant amount: Between £1,000 - £5,000.

Application process: The first round of the Greater Manchester Mental Wellbeing grants will be small grants, between £1,000 and £5,000, opening for applications on Tuesday 8th October.
