Women's Supper Club

Women’s Supper Club is a theatre group in Rochdale, with a focus on imagining change in society. The group is a safe space for women who are marginalised due to poverty, homelessness, mental health, disability, domestic violence, refugee status or other personal circumstances. Sessions include a meal*, time to meet others and talk, a chance to learn theatre games and take part in drama exercises based on Forum Theatre practice. The sessions are friendly, relaxed and safe, with a space to share views and ideas about how we can make our communities happier and fairer for all. We look at issues such as health, income and housing, among others.
