Training- Elklan Let’s Talk With Under 5s
This Let’s Talk course is designed to train parents/carers (including child minders) and pre-school practitioners wanting some key skills and knowledge to support children with language delay. The course is taught over six 2hr sessions usually delivered weekly (with an optional 7th week to look at supporting children with unclear speech). It can also be run over 3 separate days. All our courses are very practical, interactive and fun. Topics covered include: • Adult-child interaction. • Play. • The link between play and language. • Understanding language. • Using words and sentences • Helping children with unclear speech.
