Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga helps to increase flexibility, improving posture, circulation and well-being. Yoga includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). Classes cost £2.50 and run on a Monday 1:30-2:30pm, Tues 2-3pm and on a Thursday 5:45-6:45pm in the Ballroom. All levels and abilities are welcome, we do have some yoga mats that we can provide but please feel free to bring your own.
