Our Independent Living Centre offers day support and activities for the over 50's. You can spend the day with us, join in with a range of activities such as; singing, craft, chair based exercise, music sessions, games, slipper soccer and more. A two-course home cooked meal is provided and we can arrange transport to and from the centre. Why not join us and make new friends in comfortable surroundings.We can also offer day support to people living with Dementia and offer a free taster session for anyone interested.
