Social Impact Accounting Masterclass
This course is designed to give participants the practical knowledge and tools needed to understand how to measure, manage, maximise and celebrate the difference an organisation makes. This course introduces a social accounting methodology and will cover the following themes:
- Demystifying the language of social impact and social value
- Reflecting on organisational vision, mission and values and how these relate to social impact
- Understanding impact mapping (mapping outputs, outcomes and impact)
- Conducting stakeholder analysis
- Identifying indicators
- Tools for consulting stakeholder
- Writing meaningful case studies
- Collating and analysing data
- Communicating social impact data
The workshop will include lots of relevant examples, time for peer learning and the opportunity to make a tangible start on your social impact journey.

Karen has 23 years of experience working across the public, private and voluntary sectors with a proven track record in community engagement and building cross sector collaboration. She specialises in using a social accounting methodology to demonstrate, maximize and celebrate the difference made by organisations.
