Carers Action Group (Tameside)

The Carers Action Group (Tameside) is pleased to announce, that to celebrate Carers Week 2017, 12 - 16 June, it has teamed up with Tameside Carers Centre to offer a fun quiz morning with a raffle and a light lunch on Monday 12 June from 10.30am at Ridge Hill Children's Centre, School Crescent, Stalybridge, SK15 1EA. Click here to download the event poster. The Carers Action Group (Tameside) committee is a group of Carers/former Carers elected by the Carers register in Tameside to represent all Carers in the area.  Between them, your Carers Action Group representatives have many years experience of caring and want to put this to good use on your behalf. A Carer is someone that looks after a friend, relative or neighbour who because of their age, physical or other disability cannot manage at home without help.



The Carers Action Group meets every eight weeks and is there to put the Carers’ point of view to senior managers in local government and health services, Carer's viewpoints are more important than ever in these changing times, it is now easier to get in touch with the Carers Action Group (Tameside) directly.
