Children and Young People’s Volunteer
We are currently looking for volunteers to support children and young people across Greater Manchester who are impacted by imprisonment. Support usually takes place either in school or in a community setting on a one to one basis.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:
- To plan and deliver direct work sessions in schools, for children and young people impacted by imprisonment. Sessions should promote positive mental health, wellbeing and strategies to ‘help seek’.
- Be able to work on own initiative with ongoing support and guidance from CYP team.
- To be able to travel across GM if needed.
- Keep up to date records of sessions and identify any next steps, share weekly records of sessions with CYP Coordinator.

Requirements: Relevant qualification or training, Own vehicle required, Driving license, Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
