Early Help for Adults Navigator

Back on Track are partnering with Shelter and Big Life Group to deliver the Early Help for Adults Service. This programme supports people who have experienced trauma, who have been homeless or live in poverty, and who face difficulties with mental health and addiction.

As a Navigator you will provide one to one support and guidance at the Back on Track centre and on an outreach basis. You will also offer wider learning and wellbeing activities, helping people to work towards a positive future.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and flexible – putting their commitment to the people on the programme at the centre of their work. We deeply value diversity and lived experience, and we welcome applications from people who may have faced disadvantage.

Back on Track is a specialist provider of community learning and holistic support to adults experiencing multiple disadvantage. We offer a range of support and learning opportunities including employability, functional skills, creative activities, citizenship, life skills, and health& wellbeing.
