Specialist Parental Substance Use Coordinator (Holding Families Coordinator)

To co-ordinate and deliver the Holding Families programme in Oldham and other designated areas.

To co-ordinate, motivate and support all workers involved in the delivery of the Holding Families.

To work with partner agencies to ensure effective referral pathways are in place. 

To support the Senior Management Team at Early Break in developing a Service Training Strategy for the ongoing professional development of Family Workers.

To deliver training and support for workers in relation to the Holding Families way of working.

To represent the Service at relevant meetings locally and nationally.
