Operations Manager

As Operations Manager you will provide management support within the organisation, to ensure the smooth operational running of the organisation and its many projects within specified financial budgets. The post holder will support the CEO to ensure the organisation is delivering its aims in line with legislative and best practice guidance. 

Whilst there are no specific qualifications required for this position the post holder will be a confident user of the English language and be competent at report writing and financial management. Europia believes that your prior skills and experience are valuable and you will be asked to demonstrate your experience relevant to this role during an interview process.

The role will suit someone with:

  • To support the operational functioning of the organisation
  • To support the correct governance of the charity
  • To effectively line manage a team to ensure every individual fulfils their highest potential
  • To support the managing of the day to day financial reporting and budgeting for the organisation.
