Fair for All Shop aims to promote ethical and sustainable products while supporting local and global communities. We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic Volunteer Shop Assistants to help provide a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

- Tasks: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Restock shelves and ensure the shop is tidy, clean, and well-organised.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately (training provided).
• Support with stocktaking and inventory management as needed.
• Promote the shop's mission of supporting ethical and sustainable products.
• Contribute to the shop’s marketing efforts by sharing product knowledge with customers. - Training: Full induction and on-the-job training for all aspects of the role.
Ongoing support from the Shop Manager and team. - Skill And Qualifications Required: • Enthusiasm for ethical and sustainable shopping practices.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential—training will be provided. - Interests: Community, Customer Services, Retail
