We are looking for a detail-oriented Volunteer Bookkeeper to help maintain accurate financial records for our organisation. This role is essential in ensuring our finances are organised, transparent, and compliant with relevant regulations.

- Tasks: • Record financial transactions, including income and expenses, in an organized and timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports as needed.
• Support the team in managing budgets and tracking spending against allocated funds.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team. - Training: Induction and training to familiarise you with the organisation and its financial processes.
- Skill And Qualifications Required: • Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management (professional qualifications are a bonus but not required).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
