Volunteer Driver
Driving older people to medical appointments and social activities who cannot use public transport to a destination and return journey if needed
Volunteers can volunteer as many hours or as little as they want.
We will always appreciate volunteers that will volunteer outside normal working hours.

- Tasks: Volunteers to use their own cars. ( The majority of car insurers allow volunteer driving so it won't affect your insurance as it is not a hire and reward activity being undertaken)
Driving older people to medical appointments and social activities primarily 9 am until 5 pm Monday - Friday service
Will receive £0.45 per mile for journeys.
Volunteer Drivers must be prepared to have a DBS check on them.
Liaise with office for bookings via calls\emails, give receipts and update journey logs, feedback any good comments, communicate any problems
Issued with High Vis and I.D badge to be worn whilst volunteering - Requirements: Own vehicle required, Driving license
