Join our Wellbeing Hub team as a Walk and Talk volunteer.
Walks are held once a fortnight on a Wednesday 11-1pm in Stamford Park.
Participants are over the age of 18 from Tameside.
You would take a lead on the walk, setting the pace, ensuring the group stay together and that anyone who needs to take a break has a volunteer with them.
A focus of our groups is reducing social isolation so stopping at the café after the walk and supporting the group conversation is a big part of this role
