Volunteer Admin

The Volunteer Admin plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our charity's daily activities. This role supports the administrative functions of the organisation by handling essential tasks that keep our processes organised and efficient. The Volunteer Admin will assist with data management, communication, and general office duties, contributing to the overall mission of the charity.

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

• Monitor sign-ins and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Operate computers efficiently to manage various administrative tasks.
• Create and manage Google Forms for data collection and other purposes.
• Ensure proper file management, including organising, storing, and retrieving documents and reports.
• Handle reports with accuracy, ensuring timely completion and submission.
• Sort items as needed, ensuring they are organised and easily accessible.
• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of events, providing support where necessary.

Training:
Requirements: Willing to travel by public transport or find own way to volunteering location
Skill and Qualifications Required:

• Basic proficiency in computer operations, including familiarity with Google Suite (Google Forms, Google Drive, etc.).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Willingness to assist with events and adapt to different roles as needed.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
