At YMCA, we believe that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become. We are committed to fairness and opportunity, ensuring that all young people have the essential building blocks for a full and rewarding life. This includes providing a safe home, acceptance, guidance, friendship, physical and mental health support, academic assistance, employment skills, and access to real opportunities.
Our charity shops play a crucial role in supporting this mission by generating funds that allow us to continue offering these vital services to young people and the broader community. By volunteering with us, you help create a better quality of life for all.
As a Charity Shop Assistant at YMCA, you will be an integral part of our team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient shop environment. Your contributions will directly support our mission to provide young people with the foundations they need for a strong, fresh start.
