Why Become a Trustee?

As a Trustee, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the strategic direction of the charity, ensuring that their resources are used effectively and that they meet their goals. You'll contribute your expertise in areas like finance, law, fundraising, or marketing (and more!), while helping to fulfil their mission. Trusteeship is a voluntary position, but it offers immense personal satisfaction, and the chance to make a lasting impact.

What are they looking for?

All of the organisations are especially keen to hear from candidates with skills in:

  • Financial management

  • Legal expertise

  • Fundraising and donor relations

  • Strategic planning and governance

  • Marketing and communications

These roles offer a great opportunity for professional development while supporting causes that matter.
