Our Rochdale Inclusive Economy Forum is a space for social enterprises and entrepreneurs in Rochdale to come together and share experiences, successes, and challenges of running a social enterprise.
This forum is for you if you are:
- A social enterprise
- A co-operative – this could be a worker co-op or consumer co-op
- A Community Interest Company
- A registered charity with a social purpose
- A trading charity – this means that you raise funds through trading activities, for example renting out rooms in your building, or selling goods made by your beneficiaries etc.
- A credit union
- A community benefits society
- A mutual
- A privately owned business who has, or would like to develop social enterprise
- An entrepreneur who is for profit, but with social purpose
- An employee-owned private business
- Looking to set up a social enterprise, or any of the above
- Interested in knowing more about developing any of the above
This network will be run for you, and with you. You will be invited to share the topics and areas of growth that are important to you and your enterprise.
We will regularly welcome guest speakers from organisations such as GMCVO, GM Business Growth Hub and Rochdale Council’s Work and Skills Engagement Lead, as well as others.
