Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)

For the PWP role, you will have experience of working with people who have experienced physical or mental health problems and ability to develop positive therapeutic relationships with patients.

An awareness and working understanding of NHS Talking Therapies and CBT based guided self-help management strategies and interventions.

Ability to work face-face, virtually and deliver other modes of service delivery i.e. facilitate group work and CCBT programmes.

An awareness and understanding of supporting equality and valuing diversity.

A passion and enthusiasm for championing patient experience and supporting accessible referral pathways.

Have passion and drive to progress with own professional development, sharing knowledge and skills within the team and reflective use of supervision

Have successfully completed a PWP training/qualification.
