End of Life Care and Support Awareness Training

An invitation to attend end of life care and support awareness training. This is an opportunity for you to gain an insight into the services provided by Dr Kershaw’s Hospice and how we can support your service users, their family and carers. 

Do you work with vulnerable people such as? 

  • People with long term and enduring mental health conditions 
  • People living with dementia 
  • People with Learning Disability 
  • Homeless people 
  • Refugees 
  • Asylum seekers 
  • Women fleeing domestic violence 

Where and when? 

Three 2 hour long workshops have been planned (attend only one):

2pm - 4pm

5pm - 7pm
