The next Droylsden Lively Minds Club event will be taking place on Wednesday 3 October, 10am – 11.30am, at Droylsden Library. The event will be welcoming storyteller and author Mark Henderson who will be telling some of his favourite Peak District folktales. Mark is a published author and is well-known locally. For info, Mark has not charged the committee for the event but he will be selling his book Folktales of the Peak District. Click here to download the event poster.

Droylsden Lively Minds Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month at Droylsden Library on Manchester Road. It offers speakers and workshops as well as the chance to meet new people and try different things.

Whether you’re on your own or with a friend come along and join in. A small donation of 50p is requested towards refreshments.
