    Springboard’s group objectives are to provide a safe, welcoming peer group to support people and their families, friends and carers who are suffering from all types of dementia and its effects within the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham and it’s surrounding areas.
    Springboard provide emotional and practical support, advice, education and try to raise public awareness of memory problems.
