Pausing elective care in Greater Manchester

Hospitals in Greater Manchester have made the difficult decision to pause some non-urgent surgery and appointments due to the rising impact of COVID-19.
Patients who will be affected by this will be contacted by the hospital as soon as possible, there is no requirement for patients to contact the hospital.
If you are not contacted by the hospital, please assume your treatment is continuing as planned. More information can be found at www.tamesideandglossopccg.org/news/pausing-elective-care-in-greater-manchester.

Healthwatch Tameside are collecting feedback about people's experiences of delays to planned care. Our survey can be found at www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/share-your-views

If you prefer to complete surveys on paper, or over the phone, please give us a call on 0161 667 2526, or email info@healthwatchtameside.co.uk. We have an answerphone (all staff work part-time), and will call you back.
