All our open surveys can be found on the 'Have your say' page - www.healthwatchtameside.co.uk/share-your-views

These include COVID-19 Test and Trace. What are your views on Test and Trace? If you have been contacted by Test and Trace, how did it go?

This survey will close on 2 April 2021. As usual, if you, or someone you know, prefers to complete surveys on paper, or over the phone, please give us a call on 0161 667 2526. Our email address is info@healthwatchtameside.co.uk
