Bumper year of KAVS success for our members

Proud to congratulate the record number of Action Together member organisations who have received The King’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2024

Posted: 26 November 2024

What an absolutely astounding year it has been for many of our members who have been announced as well-deserved recipients of this year’s King’s Award for Voluntary Service.

Every week, volunteer groups across the UK greatly impact their local communities. They provide unique, much-needed services through their dedication and hard work. Equivalent to an MBE, the KAVS is awarded for life and is the highest award given to local voluntary groups in the UK.

We are delighted to congratulate all this year's recipients, but in particular, we applaud our own Action Together member organisations. We know, from first-hand experience, their amazing work and the difference it makes.

Congratulations to everyone, and thank you for the amazing work you do in our communities.
