Ambitions offers a wide range of opportunities and activities for 'For Young People & Adults with Complex Learning & Physical Disabilities‘ in the community. It is ideal for people who want to develop their independent living skills, increase their confidence and make new friends.
Ambitions sessions are designed to meet the needs of each person so they can learn new skills and reach their full potential.
"On behalf of everyone at Ambitions, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Action Together for their invaluable support in our journey towards achieving the Quality in Action Award.
Jane's expertise and guidance were instrumental in helping us navigate the QIAA process and implement effective quality management systems. Her dedication and patience made a significant difference, and we are incredibly grateful for her contribution to our success.
With Action Together's support, we have not only achieved the QIAA but also strengthened our organisation, improved our services, and enhanced our impact on the community. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Action Together and working together to create a brighter future for individuals with disabilities."

Quality in Action Award
Our Quality in Action Award is a recognised framework for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations working across Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside to prove their impact. The award recognises outstanding commitment to safeguarding, quality assurance and continuous improvement and is an independent, local seal of approval which publicly demonstrates to local commissioners, funders, beneficiaries and other stakeholders that your organisation delivers quality activities and services.
How can my organisation apply for the Quality in Action Award?
You'll work alongside one of our dedicated Development Officers to meet criteria that ensures your organisation has the right things in place, with practical advice, resources and support to help you develop the policies and procedures that are right for you. The QiAA is free and open to groups of any size. By achieving the award you'll be able to demonstrate to local commissioners, funders, beneficiaries and other stakeholders that you are delivering quality activities and services.
