About the host organisation

Hosted by: The Bond Board
Organisation Profile: The Bond Board assists people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and on a low income to access the private rented sector by way of a written bond guarantee. We also offer ongoing support to people in private tenancies who might be struggling with various issues and/or facing eviction. Our current projects include a Floating Support Service, Housing First, Tenancy Advice Service, Support for Refugees and Asylum Seekers, Rough Sleeping Accommodation Programme, Changing Futures Programme and Managing and Letting properties on behalf of private landlords. Our bi-weekly Quids In event at St Andrews Methodist and United Reform Church provides a welcoming space for people to talk to our support team and socialise with others whilst enjoying free tea, coffee and light snacks.
