Walking Football Coordinator - Curzon Ashton Community Foundation

Curzon Ashton Community Foundation hold an over 50’s Walking Football session every Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) at Active Copley in Stalybridge. We are looking for someone to be a Session Facilitator and make sure the session is always staffed and all guidelines are followed during the session. The aim is to create a Walking Football team from this session to play friendly fixtures and participate in Tournaments/Leagues in the future

Tasks the volunteer will be required to do:

• Ensure that there are enough participants to allow the session to
take place
• Monitor WhatsApp group of Participants each Monday for
confirmation of attendance
• Ensure correct equipment is used (Balls/Bibs/Cones/Whistle)
• Complete Register for every session
• Referee the session
• Collect weekly session payments (£3 per player per week)
